The contest has ended with unfavorable results not only for my web-site for others who were promoting there web-site using fair acknowledged methods as well. Not a trouble for me, anyway.

Having appeared in February among the TOP web-sites my blog is nowhere to be found at the end of the championship.

Should I take part in another one and dedicate all my opportunities to be number 1?

Globalwarming awareness2007 seo-contest is finishing in 3 days! It’s clear that nothing radical can happen on the Big Score Board, though I’m sure that some guys from the top100 board were not fair following the guidelines and have not always used white methods of promotion.

Anyway, this blog will soon be fully converted into the blog about… well, to be frank, no idea yet.

Guys, any ideas of what you’d like to see here?

P.S. Globalwarming awareness2007 is important but soon it will be completely forgotten and will enter the seo-contest-history-page on Wikipedia.com.

I have found out that since I started placing links to my blog with “Globalwarming awareness2007” anchor from all the pages of one site the situation has changed for the worse – I was penalized for acquiring a large number of incoming links for the very short period of time. To be frank, this can really be count as massive link-exchange with one “but”: I do not reciprocate! Besides, all the links can not be indexed at once: there should be time left for the robots to index all the pages and find my link there.

What’s going on? Does Yahoo! penalizes for site-wide links or just gives a period of time in order to make sure that these links are not bought? I’ll definitely try to find out this fact.

It doesn’t matter whether you search for “modern furniture” or “furniture modern“.  Or if  we take “globalwarming  awareness2007” or “2007global warming awareness“. I swear - it doesn’t matter! Just find out what Search Engine shows the same results

Guys, what’s going on?? I have looked at the official sponsor of this “Globalwarming awareness2007” seo-contest Seoworldchampionship.com and found out that the latest date of change on the leaderboard is the 24th of February! And what did the promise?!

Today I looked at my dashboard in order to find out that my blog gets a big number of incoming links and the most interesting fact - they are non-reciprocal! One-way!

People have started to link to my blog from their blogs and web-sites. All in all, this means that people LIKE my posts about search engine optimization issues and a the same time like to link to the contestant in Globalwarming awareness2007 seo-contest.

Anyway, I’m so delighted to find out that my seo blog is interesting to others! This has been the most important goal of creation and maintenance of Seoglobe.net.

49^th in MSN? Weird but I cannot see it there – seoglobe.net is just at the very end of top100 – 98-99^th positions. I have checked it almost every day from different IPs for the phrase “Globalwarming awareness2007” and can’t say how Seoworldchampionship.com found it on  the 49^th position. I can’t believe that Live DCs differ so much! Even Google Data Centers have tiny fluctuations (5-7 positions).

An interesting issue to find out that MSN has not switched over the data-servers to a new common pattern and this means that it can’t be served as a reliable Search Engine because people form all over the world can see different results and that’s not fair

Hoora! I’m back, I’m back, I’m back! Globalwarming awareness2007 continues!!!

Today I happened to launch my lovely program Semonitor that checks the current positions and has dozens of other useful seo-features. What a fun was to see seoglobe.net again in TOP10 in Yahoo!

Frankly speaking, I have already noticed in what the trouble was when I was kicked off Yahoo! I just waited to regain my position and this happened even two weeks earlier than I expected. Yahoo, respect!
